• AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Mark came out to provide me with a bid to install a Mistubishi heat pump and four heads in our loft style second story. It included electrical work and overall saved me almost $5-10k compared to compettitors who were slow to get back me, didn't seem to want the work and also didn't provide electrical services in-house. The install team was wonderful, easy to have in our home, and extremely communicative. They started and completed the work all in one go, no pulling off to do another job and then coming back later. • I selected Go Green because they had the best pricing of the highest-rated companies and they were based out of Seattle. Vlad was easy to communicate with and presented a statement of work that best aligned with what I needed. Other bidders were working too hard to upsell and scared me off. It was Impressive how efficiently the Go Green team of 3, Andrey, Joe, and Kyle, installed my Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump and installed a new Trane gas furnace. • Andrey did a terrific job installing A/C for our upstairs rooms! Very professional, efficient, on time and clean installation. Go Green gave us great advice on where to put everything and how big a system we needed. We wound up getting a mini-split system for two rooms with ceiling cassettes so we don't have big units hanging on the walls. The main unit is big enough to support two more cassettes in case we want to add them for more rooms later. It's going to be a cool summer!

• I have had enough. While Go Green was the cheapest quote, you get what you pay for. My nightmare began in October 2025 and is still ongoing six months later. As of April 13th, I am still being double charged and the issue has not been resolved. I have been flexible and willing to work with them, but the owner Mark and the sales guy Loren made that impossible. Loren will say anything to close a deal. The lack of oversight is staggering. They refused to do a walkthrough with the installer and seller, which led to two heat pumps being installed incorrectly. They had to be moved, and that caused even more damage to my home. They also charged my credit card while "charging" a Synchrony loan, so I have been effectively double-charged for months. Now they refuse to speak on the phone and only send haphazard email replies that never resolve anything. They promised to fix the drywall in writing. This was necessary to repair their own mistakes and because I preferred to have the electrical work go through the house, which they agreed to. Instead, they sent a third-party worker and then demanded a massive payment for the repair. They eventually gave me a payment to cover the drywall fixes myself, which I am grateful for, but even that took over 3 months of fighting. The actual installers and electricians were amazing. They should go find a new job at another installer with actual integrity. My problem is entirely with Mark and Loren. Since they use AI for their reviews, expect a fake reply from Max below. Save your sanity and hire a company that won't hold your money hostage.

• Edit: Changing to 5 stars. The company has demonstrated a sustained commitment to resolving all issues to my satisfaction. Original Review: The product installation (6 months in) seems mostly great, but the communication and follow-through were bad (and continue to be bad). The main problem was that the salesperson said a number of things that turned out not to be true (sometimes in writing). Once the workmen (who were excellent) were on-site they corrected the situation, but by then, decisions had already been made based on what the sales guy said. The whole process would've been a lot smoother for both me and Go Green if the sales guy hadn't said things that turned out not true. While the workmen were great, communication and follow-through with the main office was not: 1. One day the workmen didn't show up. It wasn't until I called the office at 10am that I found out they had been reassigned that day without telling me. 2. Go Green didn't schedule any of the inspections until after I reminded them (a month after the completed install). My main sticking point with the install was that the wall-mount installation they did is vibrating the entire wall of the house (including the electrical panel). I have tried contracting Go Green multiple times via both phone and email but they've completely ghosted me.

• After months and months of trying to get the company that installed my heat pump system to fix an issue and being told I'd have to pay $1,000 for something the should have done to begin with (dampers under the condenser's feet since it was attached to the side of the house), I called Go Green for help since a friend recommended them. From the start, they took the time to send an email after our call to get clarification and to make suggestions, and then sent out a great technician to take a look to see what could be done. There was also an issue with one of the head units not cooling down as well as the others. Anyway, instead of giving me the runaround, he told me what could easily be done to fix the miserable droning noise we'd been enduring for months and months, and also addressed the head unit issue. Later that week, they came out and did what we discussed and the charge was so very reasonable. I literally NEVER hear the condenser anymore. It's been a god send and I will always use this company for anything HVAC related.

Installers Andre' and Kyle, and the electrician (sorry I lost his name) who ran the required heavy #10 electrical line for the outside compressor unit, all had to work around probs caused by the house being both 97 yr old and brick sheathed. Did this with skill and attention to homeowners requests and the house's tricky requirements. Nice neat job; all buttoned up. Crew chief/site rep Vlad explained the options well when spec-ing the job, and Andre did so explaining how to operate the control units for the inside heads. If there turn out to be any loose ends, I'm sure GoGreen will look after us. Good work all around.
