• UPDATE: Adam returned to do the repair work for a leak in my crawlspace. He was timely with his arrival, inspected the area, and very clear about cost and the work he would be performing. He worked efficiently and tested thoroughly when he was done. Riley did an excellent job helping me to diagnose an issue with a pipe in my crawlspace. • We had a leak in a tub drain that i couldn't fix so called 2 Sons. We received an appointment for the next morning. Trung, our technician, was incredible! After looking at fixing my work 😋 he found that there were almost invisible cracks in the ABS receiver threads. He explained exactly what needed done and what the cost would be. All through the difficult task of replacing the entire drain and overflow, Trung detailed what he was doing and even let us help a little. Trung was professional and yet personable Considering what needed to be done and the effort Trung went to to document and test every aspect of the work, we considered the cost perfectly reasonable. My family and i have built 3 homes for our children ( including the tub drain - not my best work) and we know a professional when we see one. Have used 2 Sons before and wii always call them for any future plumbing needs.

• Rude installer. Got $2500 for replacing some toilet t’s while I also had them there for leaky sinks. Went to shut off the water under the sinks and the valves didn’t work. Called them back out in which my mom was present on the phone. He said that I didn’t get that sink covered. Then became rude at my mom and says it’s another cost while I’m listening on the phone . In the end it could have been a communication error between them and me. But he escalated it for no reason. clearly the installer thinks he CAN BELITTLE WOMEN! Crazy this company allows their staff to talk to people like this.

• Carey was our professional and he could not have been nicer, more courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He came the night before, gave us two quotes, explained thoroughly. Once we ordered he was here the next morning, first thing, and installed our brand new toilet. While he was very fast at replacing the toilet he by no means skipped any steps. All in all he was here for an hour. Explained, the dos and don’ts with the new install and was on his way. Just amazing service from beginning to end. Would highly recommend. • I had a water emergency where the kitchen sink cold water valve broke off (faucet not even in use) and even in a few mins (before I could get to shut off valve), my kitchen had flooding. I called 2 Sons and Natalie scheduled a service repair right away, and within 2 hours or so, I had Chris show up. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained every step he was doing, why the valve broke off and replaced both hot & cold water valves with a 1/4 turn heavy duty valve. • I highly recommend Two Sons. Companies always say that they put the customer first, but Two Sons actually DID put me first. I own an old house and have had Two Sons out several times. Was always happy with the knowledge and communication of their plumbers. But this time, when I needed a shower handle fixed, the Two Sons plumber and I had a dispute about changes he wanted to make to the initial quote. To be fair, the work took twice as long as he estimated and a return trip was necessary because a part had to be special ordered, but to me a flat rate quote should remain a flat rate. I spoke to Kimberly at Two Sons and she immediately leapt into action to resolve the dispute in my favor. The company honored their original quote and stayed in close communication to be sure I was satisfied. They sent out a different plumber, Justin, to finish the work. Justin explained to me that Two Sons' priority is to do everything they can to retain existing customers. I actually believe that! It's nice to feel I can trust my plumber.
