• Excellent service from start to finish! I hired AS YOU WISH electric, plumbing, heating & air to re-pipe my old house and I couldn't be happier with the results! I finally have good water pressure and hot water throughout my entire house. It's wonderful! The plumbers, Mike Murphy and Kody, arrived on time and were very polite, professional and respectful of my home and property. During the job, they accidentally nicked a wire. Rather than ignoring the situation or leaving it for me to deal with, they took the necessary precautions and made sure everything was safe before leaving. They also arranged an electrician to come out the next day. Eric and Manny, the electricians came out and repaired the wire. I was very impressed with how everyone handled the situation and work together to get it resolved Another thing that impressed me happened while they were installing a new faucet in my main bathroom. The sink fell through the countertop during the insulation. Instead of simply putting it back in place and pretending nothing had happened, they were up front with me and insured me that they would reset the sink using the proper materials to make sure it was secure and sturdy so it wouldn't happen again. What impressed me most was their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. No job goes perfectly every single time, but how a company handles unexpected problems says a lot about its character. AS YOU WISH showed me that they care about their customers and stand behind their work. I'm extremely happy with the results and grateful for the way the entire team treated me and my home. • Tyler did a great job coming out to address my clogged drain. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain each step of what he was doing, which I really appreciated. He also left the area clean when he was finished. Although he wasn’t able to completely resolve the problem during this visit, he was thorough in identifying two potential causes and explained what could be happening. Most importantly, he made sure a follow-up appointment was scheduled to have the drain scoped with a camera so the underlying issue can be properly identified. • While the jobs I’ve hired for have been completed with high quality (both electric and plumbing), I feel compelled to write a review to share that on multiple occasions, my estimates/ bill have had mistakes in them, causing the final cost to be higher than it actually should be. This happened 2 separate times. I’ve lost trust in As You Wish Electric due to these mistakes. While they’ve corrected after the fact both times, the sloppiness and lack of attention to detail on things that matter greatly as a customer is disappointing. Particularly as a woman hiring for these services, I can’t help but feel taken advantage of and if it had not been for my asking question and following up, I would just be paying more than I should be. We had an old furnace that smoked and sparked when we turned it on. They put in a whole new system with furnace, heat pump for A/C, surge protector for everything and even an EV charger in the garage in less than 2 days! We're especially grateful that they could get us in and get this turned around so fast since the colder weather is coming. • Devin is a very thorough and personable technician. He always had time to stop and answer questions along the way. He got along well with my curious senior dog, Blue, while he was working. He was also very patient explaining his process step-by-step with my elderly father and my mother whose second language is English. If you need your home re-wired I would recommend you personally ask for Devin and Michael. I didn’t speak to Michael as he was very focused on delivering high-quality work. I would re-hire both of them for future jobs.

• I hired As You Wish for a major project that included upgrading knob-and-tube wiring, decommissioning an oil furnace, and installing mini splits. My experience was very mixed. The electrical work was excellent. Kasey, Corban, and their crew did a fantastic job. Corban communicated daily, immediately let me know when issues came up, answered questions, and the crew cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with this portion of the project. Unfortunately, the HVAC portion was frustrating from start to finish. Dan Severt was the project manager and horrible communication. He did a great job during the sales process, but communication and follow-through largely stopped once the project began. I was told the HVAC work would take two days. On the second day, I had received no updates, so I had to contact the office to get an update. Dan told me they were still on schedule to finish that day, but when I went to the house that evening, the work was not finished. I reached out again and never heard back from him for the remainder of the project. There were also workmanship issues. A couple of weeks later, an inspector identified gaps around the exterior lines that needed to be filled. The first attempt to fix them left visible gaps and also left material dripping down the side of my house. It took another week to get someone back to clean up the mess and properly address the issue. I'm still waiting for the final inspection. Overall, I was very pleased with the electrical team, but given the significant amount of money spent on this project, I expected much better communication, project management, and follow-through on the HVAC work. I would hire electrical team again, but not HVAC.

• I stupidly tried to dispose of ancient (circa 2019) mashed potato flakes via the garbage disposal. What was I thinking?!?!? Sink got clogged up and I thought I'd killed the disposal. AYW was able to dispatch plumber Tyler P the same day I called for help. He was competent, calm, and had the right sense of humor as he worked his way to locating where the potato concrete was exactly. He then presented us options/recommendations and we made the best choice for us. Tyler cleaned up and confirmed the plans before leaving. Our plumbing problem requires a return visit and we are glad that Tyler and AYW are taking good care of us.
