• They don’t actually service Blue Ridge. I filled out their contact form asking to pay them for an HVAC system inspection. A few minutes later I got a text from Aly asking me to schedule, and for the address. I provided the address, and Aly explained that they don’t actually service that area and only do appliance (?) repairs. Bottom line is that I was looking for the local HVAC team which this purports to be, but they don’t service the area. Very odd.
