Damon and Michael serviced our water heater, gas furnace, and tracked down a water leak in our second bathroom. They were exceptionally professional in every aspect of the work. We especially appreciated their explanation of the systems and how clean they left everything.

My shower handle broke at the most inconvenient time. I called Beacon who was able to have someone come out ASAP. Ben and McCoy showed up early in the 4hr window and completed a larger than expected job in record time within the 4hr window. How they managed this astounds me. My shower looks better than when I moved in, and I have easier and better access in the event future problems arise. They were both friendly, approachable guys who were very transparent with assessing the problem and explaining the estimates and my options. Definitely recommend.

I could not have had a worse experience with a plumber for this incident. I diagnosed a problem in my water heater that required a replacement electronic part covered under parts warranty. Warranty required a professional plumber, so I called around. Beacon's dispatch told me that there was no fee to send someone to diagnose and quote, so I booked them. They arrived, looked briefly at the water heater, did no further diagnosis or other work, quoted 2000$ for the labor to drive and pick up the part, and then charged 300$ just for the visit, despite what dispatch told me! Dispatch didn't communicate any of my notes to the tech, and the whole experience was a waste of time and money. I later called a second plumber -Craftsman- who were fantastic. They transmitted my notes to the technician, rapidly confirmed my diagnosis, and did the replacement work for less than what the part would cost me off warranty. Do yourself a favor- call someone else!

The entire team who helped me was clear, communicated what their next steps would be along with showing me what they had estimated actually was true. Fast response and came out to fix what appeared to be a clogged drain. Deeper inspection discovered the pipe eroded and then we excavated the pipe bit by bit until the problem was resolved with a replacement. Every step of the way they explained everything they found and what they expected to find (which turned out to be spot on). Big kudos to Mccoy and Ben. They were awesome and wonderful to work with, and they worked hard on the job to make sure they left everything in a good state for the next part of work.

Beacon Plumbing is the only plumbers I will ever use! Amazing customer service. I had Damon and Michael out in the evening to repair a leaking toilet shut off valve. Decided to have a second one replaced also since the price was so fair! Wonderful guys, courteous and professional. Already planning to have them install a new toilet. Thank you soooooo much!
