• I scheduled and pre paid for a heat pump service through Home Depot. This Company, Seattle Heating and Cooling, calls the day of and says they have to cancel because short of employees and they have other emergency clients that are a priority. My heat pump is down too. I tried to work with them giving them the following week and they could not cancel those appts, earliest they can get me in was the 18th. They need to hire more techs if they are going to work with Home Depot as a partner.

• Daniil from Seattle Heating and Cooling came and did a tune up of our Carrier hybrid heat pump system (it's two different units, one the outdoor heat pump and the other is an electric furnace that kicks in when the heat pump can't handle the cold, which also contains the blower which distributes heat through the ventilation ducts throughout the house). The system cost more than $11,000 so it's a sensitive thing to make sure it's handled correctly. Daniil did among the most thorough inspections of the system I've seen, including pointing out some flaws in the way the electric furnace had been installed by the Carrier dealer back in 2021 and some recommendations on cleaning the system that I could do myself. All wrapped up in a thorough inspection report and done at a very competitive price. Thanks Daniil and Seattle Heating & Cooling!

• Terrible communication and follow through. They repeatedly made promises to be in better contact, but have repeatedly failed to return phone calls and emails about delays in permitting. Have repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments. Called the office today to ask why they had not shown up for an appointment and was told that the manager rescheduled the appointment today because the parts had not arrived. The appointment had been confirmed the day prior, so you would think they were prepared....but no. And when they apparently knew they would not be coming, they did not reach out to inform me or try to reschedule. So I stayed home from work only to be stood up....again. Highly unprofessional and I cannot recommend their services (or lack their of).

That set the pace for a highly experienced and professional installation team who arrived within our tight timeframe. All work was proficiently completed within two days. • I got a new HVAC unit from Seattle Heating and Cooling last week. The overall process was great and their support with scheduling worked well. They were thorough with the job and within a day replaced the full unit inside and outside. They repaired a few broken vents and cleaned all of them with no additional cost. They left the house mostly in good condition except for minor dust while removing some drywall. So far we have not had any issues with the new equipment; heating and cooling both work well in the house.

• Best experience!! Needed our 1 year old heat pump serviced and found original installers did poor job installing and it was leaning. They put secure brackets on and filled the Freon and I have air coming out of vents I didn’t know I had. Better than when it was new! Won’t use anyone else. Ever!!!

• Good job, good price, good speed. They did damage my brick, which I told Serge up front was my number one concern about getting a mini split, but they did their best to caulk the brick shards back into place so the damage is less noticable. They hauled away my old window AC unit for free, which was nice. The tiny yard is a bit trampled and grass is destroyed but that was likely not avoidable as it was a tight space. Processing the second half of the payment was a bit annoying as even though the invoice they sent me said payment was due in two weeks they would not stop calling and texting me till I paid it. Overall I would recommend.
