After spending all summer renovating in the heat, we were definitely ready for an upgrade and converting to mini-splits has been one of the best improvements we’ve made to the house! 🏡✨ FRA Mechanical installed five mini-split systems throughout our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. • When you need new HVAC for your home, you want an experienced, knowledgeable firm with trustworthy staff. A company that doesn't “paper” over problems, but points them out ( with a real fix) to you and identifies cost effective solutions. Our house suffered from large temperature swings from room to room, The airflow was the same. The systems were 20 years old. FRAMuniz worked with us to find an efficient and economical HVAC solution. During installation of the furnace, they found the cause of our problems – a smaller than prescribed main duct In fact, it was half-sized. They could have installed the HVAC and left us with the same problems. But instead, they pointed out the problem, redesigned our system, then installed and tested it. The result was complete control of the room to room variation of the temperature and comfort throughout the house without breaking the bank.. Happy wife, happy life. Thank you, FRAMuniz.
