  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fuse was absolutely wonderful to work with! Everyone was friendly, professional, and right on time. They did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the service. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

  • The technician who came out was excellent and did a great job diagnosing the issue. They are too expensive for my budget though. Prompt and professional.

  • Boris was honest and helped me get set up with a new ac unit when my old one stopped working. Great guy that worked really hard through this heat.

  • We had a very tricky HVAC odor issue where the smell only appeared when the AC was running. Fuse came out multiple times and Boris ultimately found the root cause: old attic insulation debris trapped inside the evaporator coil fins. He cleaned it thoroughly and flushed the system. It took some time for the residual odor to fully clear, but the issue is now resolved and the AC has been running odor-free for months. I appreciate Boris and the Fuse team for taking the problem seriously and sticking with it until they found the cause. This was not an easy issue to diagnose.

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All Pros, No Cons! When our AC system gave up on us in the middle of summer, my wife and I knew we needed a company we could trust. After researching our options and comparing prices, we chose Fuse LA HVAC—and we couldn’t be happier! From beginning to end, these guys were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly customer-focused. Michael T. and his team did an outstanding job…Special shout-out to Dima, the master technician, for the excellent installation of our new system. And the customer service? Top-notch! Jacob was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our new system is working perfectly, and we’re extremely happy with the results. Fuse LA HVAC truly went above and beyond! If you need a new AC system or reliable HVAC service, look no further. I highly recommend Fuse LA HVAC! Five stars all the way—you won’t regret calling them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • Alex was very professional, informative and handled the call efficiently. He gave us a breakdown of what he noticed needed work, gave us an estimate for the fix. Would definitely call him again in the future.

  • When our heat pump went down the night before a 5-day out-of-town trip, I called Fuse Los Angeles the next morning after I landed at an East Coast airport. I had used their services 4 times in the past and trusted they could diagnose and repair my system. Jacob set the appointment for the afternoon I would be back in town. Boris, the technician, was waiting for us as we pulled into our driveway and quickly got to work. Our house felt like an oven. Boris presented the diagnosis and we were sent an estimate by Michael. Estimate accepted and the repair was made. Soon the cool air was flowing from the vents and two customers were ecstatic. The Fuse Los Angeles team is easy to work with and with a seemingly fragile system, it's reassuring to have them to call when our system needs maintenance and/or repairs. Still would highly recommend this company.

  • Fuse HVAC was terrific. I live in a condo. Boris showed up early and got right to it. Unfortunately for me, my unit is over 50 years old BUT he checked the wiring and everything else about the AC unit on the roof and the inside of my unit. The visit was worth the price and will be applied to the new AC unit. Thank you Boris!

  • Needed to replace 2 commercial HVAC units after years of struggling with repairs. I got several quotes for such a large purchase and many were far higher but there where 2 others similar to Fuse but I went with them for a few reasons they had great communication, quick to come out, techs were all very friendly and helpful plus they had offer a finance option which as a small business owner that was a great benefit for such a large purchase. The units were installed quickly and are working great. No more sweating and customer complaints about the temperature in the shop.
