• Henry and Alex, Fuse Service technicians, did an amazing job installing a new HVAC system in our home (heat pump outdoors and air handler in the attic). They also completely redid the ductwork, which had been inadequate for over 30 years. Fuse Service was the first company to correctly diagnose the problem and tell us how to fix it (I had consulted several other companies over the years). Henry and Alex were the super guys tasked with actually doing the installation, which was long and arduous in an often-hot attic. For four days they worked incredibly hard and maintained a cheerful manner from start to finish. When I asked that a couple of ducts be re-routed so a person could crawl under them, they complied immediately though it meant re-doing some of their hard work. They also pointed out a couple of small problems in our attic and house that were not in the original estimate and fixed them swiftly and at no additional charge(!). We were exceptionally happy with the entire Fuse team, which included technicians like Juslav, Sergei, Max, Kyle and others who, over the same four days, upgraded our electrical panel and installed a new heat pump water heater and induction range. These guys coordinated smoothly and worked seamlessly around each other although it was a zoo here for four days. The entire project was completed on time and with no financial surprises. Finally, a special thanks to Teodor, who was our project manager with exceptional attentiveness, communication skills, and creativity in finding solutions to longstanding problems. From start to finish, he made us feel that Fuse was a company we could trust. And in the end, that trust was warranted. We could not be happier with our experience with Fuse and would not hesitate to hire them again.
