We worked with Andrew and Robert for quite a few months as we planned to install our heat pump on the roof and have it connect with three wall mounted units inside of our place. They were always incredibly professional, thoughtful, and looked out for our best interest in a very genuine way. We asked a ton of Qs as this was very new for us, and they were always super patient. We had some trouble with the Air Conditioning system in our home in North Vancouver. I called multiple companies on Saturday morning and the earliest availabilities were for Monday. Greentech Air Conditioning however were really responsive and Robert and Andrew worked together and they scheduled a visit within a couple of hours. Andrew diagnosed the issue very quickly and beyond resolving the issue provided great recommendations for changing filters and cleaning the unit at a reasonable price.
