• Adam and Eric from Guaranteed Climate and Refrigeration or some stand up guys. I called two other AC companies, and the only option they gave me was to spend 10G to replace my entire system. Eric came out there diagnose the problem and gave me couple different options. In the end the unit does not need to be replaced and was fixed for around $600. Honesty and integrity should be rewarded. I’ll never use any other HVAC company again. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, this is a company.

• All I can say is AWESOME. My air went out last night and this was the ONLY company that could come out and take a look TODAY. I called at least 10 other places and the earliest they could get me in was Friday. This was unacceptable, with the temps in the 100s. Adam said he'd be here in 15 minutes and he was. Took a look at my unit told me the problem and said he'd have someone out here first thing tomorrow to fix it. However, in the meantime he did get it up and running. With the temperatures in the 100s and me being a dialysis patient, I'm so grateful for him. I wouldn't be able to suffer this heat another night. When he arrived my thermostat was at 90 degrees, he did a "quick fix" on my a/c and it's down to 81. I can't give him enough praise. If you're having an a/c issue and need quick service, don't call them last....CALL THEM FIRST.
