During the hottest days of July my fairly newish unit was giving up and not cooling. Eric came the next day and had us fixed up in no time. Very reasonable rates!

Our 29 year old Carrier Gas furnace system stopped working on Thanksgiving Day. Saw the great reviews and reached out to GunnAire. Eric reached back and was able to get to us the next day which we appreciated on a Cold November day. Eric came for our service and he was quick with the diagnosis of a bad heat exchanger and we appreciated the extended explanation. He was friendly, polite, thorough, and clearly experienced. Eric was very professional and informative. I have called a few places and everyone was charging over 100+ just come out there not including repairs. He waives the service fee if he has to performs work on the unit. Definitely recommend him.

After our refrigerant line started leaking in the middle of the night, Eric came out promptly to temporarily seal the leak, ensuring we were comfortable until the issue could be fully resolved. Despite the freezing weather and fresh snowfall, Eric returned the next day to finish the job without a single complaint.
