Mike took the time to.educate me in a common sense fashion about everything he was doing throughout the process. He made sure show me pictures of the area in question to make sure I was tracking the work. Although we weren't able to pinpoint the issue, I am completely satisfied with service received from Mike!

Dan was absolutely amazing! I called after 11pm tonight and he promptly drove out. He found the blockage right away and had my toilets flushing again in no time. He was transparent with the quote and his work. He's personable, friendly and funny! Let me tell you, at 1am it's better to laugh than cry. I'd definitely recommend Haire, specifically Dan! Please tell him again how much I appreciate him coming out in the middle of the night!

Dan provided me an excellent customer service experience. He has the right attitude and professionalism and which reflects great credit on Haire plumbing. He called me first to let me know he was ready to come over to provide my scheduled service. When he arrived, he provided me with a good overview of the drain & flush of my water heater. He provided me with essential information concerning the warranty of my water heater. I very thankful for Dan’s services today. Frank came out in a holiday and diagnosed our system and is formulating an estimate to redesign ductwork that was not proper. Once completed, if the expectations are met, Frank will have opened up an entire neighborhood of business as we all suffer from poorly designed and inefficient duct work.

Excellent customer service! We had an emergency with a serious water leak in the middle of the night. We turned the water off at the street and called Haire Plumbing! Dan Brookshire came out to our house at 8:00 AM and worked on the problem, providing detailed information. He was able to make the necessary repairs at a reasonable price. Mr. Brookshire is a wonderful technician.

From the moment we called, (great customer svc) the entire experience was outstanding. Charles Swartz and his apprentice Joshua arrived promptly, were professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. Charles took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, explained everything in plain language, and worked carefully with Joshua to replace and adjust the valve with precision. They treated our home with respect protecting floors and surfaces, cleaning up completely, and making sure the repair was done right the first time. The bathtub now works great, with smooth temperature control and no leaks. What impressed me most was their attention to detail, teamwork, and genuine care for getting the job done correctly. Joshua was attentive and learning under excellent guidance, which only added to the positive experience. Mike and Dan came out to replace a cracked toilet flange in the concrete slab. They were respectful of my home and got the job done quickly. The new install looks great and works great. I would definitely use Haire Plumbing again in the future.

I called and scheduled an appointment and explained what I needed done. They inform me of service charge wich I agreed to and it would be applied to the work. They get here, inform me they can't do the work, they continue to charge me and the work they quoted was triple what other companies charge. AVOID them if possible unless you have cash to burn.

Mike arrived on time and completed the difficult job of digging & siphoning water out of the hole to repair a broken outside water line. It was miserably hot, but he finished and then replaced the spigot for the outside hose. Very pleased with his work. The price was reasonable, but you get what you pay for, especially with plumbing. I'll trust them to work again.
