I would especially like to recognize Chris, the sales and installation coordinator, and the wonderful technicians Jake, Danny, David, Joseph, Mike and Key. Each one played an important role in making this entire experience seamless and stress-free. From delivering a portable A/C unit to keep my apartment cool while I waited for the new system, to the final installation itself, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. Everyone took the time to answer every question I had—and even explained things I hadn't thought to ask. That level of communication gave me great confidence throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel like I was an interruption to anyone's day. Instead, I was treated with patience, respect, and kindness from every member of the team. I was also impressed by the respect they showed for my home. Although they had to go up and down my apartment stairs numerous times during the installation, they consistently wore protective boot covers each time they entered. That attention to detail and respect for a customer's home did not go unnoticed. The installation itself was completed surprisingly quickly, and the workmanship was excellent. To say that I'm happy with the entire experience would be an understatement. I am sincerely grateful to everyone at Arnold Service Co. for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive one. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.

• Run!!!! Between 3-4 years ago, I bought an expensive Train HVAC from them and have experienced several problems. One would think- they would send a technician out (without charge) given the unit is less than 5 years old, but no. I spent $90 to have my concerns dismissed. Now that I'm working with a respectable company, I have learned that I was right all along and have seen the pictures that clearly indicate several needed repairs. Mold is throughout my system and the ductwork needs to be redone. I have asthma- so not only was this a money issue, it was also a health concern. They are TERRIBLE!! It's so bad- I don't really have the words...

• We have always used Arnold and Steve Powell has been a great technician through the years so when we had a problem at the start of the season, of course we called Arnold and requested Steve. Steve Powell came over and diagnosed the problem and told us the part and labor would be a 1,000.00 dollars, we gladly gave it to him with no questions asked, we never saw Steve Powell again, a long friendship and a good technician gone, my family and I live in an upper class neighborhood and we have 3 AC’s, some that get serviced every year and I’m sure my neighbors do too, we had to buy one from someone else this year, this isn’t Arnold’s fault but the thief that took our money is employed by them. No one is safe with Steve Powell at your house, if he is coming to service your unit, refuse him immediately, he is not to be trusted, the man’s name is Steve Powell. Bye for now
