The motor went out for the hoods at my restaurant and he came and fixed it. I had another company working on it and they was looking for the part for well over a month and couldn’t find it. Mr Deon came out diagnosed the problem and found that part in 20 min and fixed it the next day. They have way more experience than many of these other hvac companies. Thank u for everything! Called them at noon and was told that they would come out Wednesday. About 2 hrs later, the lady called and was very nice and told me they had cancellation and would like to send someone out. I appreciated that. The man that came ( I think Dylan) was very courteous and professional.The price was reasonable. I know that we will use Deon Arnold's again for any future repairs.

One of the worst companies to work with. Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for them to come check our ac unit Thursday at 9am. They never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t coming. Said they had the wrong phone number for me but they had literally called me two days prior to set the “appointment”. We tried to schedule another appointment for Friday and were told they would come between 3-4. When my husband called to make sure they were coming, they said they were not. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients time. Don’t waste your time with them.

Absolutely exceptional service from an honest and hard-working group of good people! I own a condo in Fayetteville that is occupied by a tenant. It has a split heat pump system that reached the end of its life span and had to be replaced right away. First, I contacted Day & Night Heating and Air and they wanted to charge me a few thousand dollars just to do the diagnostics--without any repairs! Additionally, the "worst case scenario" estimate to replace the entire unit was going to be roughly 5 times that much! So at the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Deon Arnold Heating & Air Conditioning. A very courteous Mr. Arnold then visited my condo and performed a thorough assessment of the internal and external units--and then provided me with a reasonable estimate to replace the system. All told, it cost me about a THIRD of what said competitor wanted to charge me. Moreover, the folks at Deon Arnold conducted themselves with the utmost of integrity and class--qualities that don't have a price tag--and I appreciated that very much. I needed someone to come out and fill my Freon. I had my system check by my uncle who is a certified HVAC tech but since he's from out of state he couldn't fill it. I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone, who was less than courteous, and she set up the appointment but told me there would still be a diagnostics charge... The day of came and the told me they would be there first thing in the morning. So I figured around 9 or so. At 1030 I call and the receptionist told me he was just finishing up another job and he should be there shortly. At 1130 I called back to check on his status and was told that he will get there when the previous job is done. He finally arrived about 1245-1pm. He came in checked that there was no pressure in the system and filled with Freon. The Technician was courteous and professional from what I was told. I had to work but I was able to get a friend to take the morning and wait for the tech. My bill was $405. Freon is not cheap but he did exactly what I said needed to be done and pocketed the $80 diagnostics charge... They weren't timely, or courteous. But my biggest complaint was the time issue. I was told first thing in the morning and they didn't show up till after noon and that it wasted the time of someone who had to take of work to let them in.
