Years ago before we used Blackwell Heating and Air, we had a medical emergency with one of my boys with carbon monoxide. I wanted an opinion from a new HVAC company. Mr. Blackwell came out himself and was extremely thorough in evaluating our system for safety. I now have them come out twice a year for seasonal maintenance and I think the value is well worth the expense. Today a technician (Connor) Came out to evaluate the efficiency of our system for me. I was extremely happy with his ability to communicate what he found. I was also impressed with how polite and professional he was. I absolutely recommend you use Blackwell Heating and Air if you are looking for an HVAC company. Great job Blackwell!

Called yesterday evening since my AC seemed to be out. Blackwell was recommended by my cousin. I talked to answering service and told them it could wait until morning. Got a call first thing from Blackwell. Service technicians Derrick and Carlos showed up and we're great! I would definitely recommend Blackwell and use them again.

Had an issue with the "air handler" of my central air system. . Never heard of such a thing because in the past I always had window units. Anyway yesterday was greeted with a puddle of water in the garage that was not there a few hours before. The photos shows it at it's worse...if I had made a video you would actually see the slow but steady flow of water. Blackwell sent Travis to the rescue. One look and he knew exactly what the problem was. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue, all the while explaining a system I was totally unfamiliar with. Thank you

They installed a brand new unit at my house a few months ago. Twice it's malfunctioned, and within an hour both times I had either a tech at my house or scheduled. 10/10 will recommend Blackwell's to anyone needing HVAC work.

They state on their website 24 hour service. I called and spoke with someone on a Sunday and was told someone would get back with me. I explained the issue and again NO call back. Fortunately I was able to get another company to come out on a Sunday and fix the problem who also advertises 24hr service. If you have an emergency, I would not advise calling Blackwell Heating & Air!

Guy was nice at first but then once my husband said he noticed something on the unit yesterday, he proceeded to say “you should have said something about that at first”! First of all we just paid you over $100 for a 10 minute service for you to tell us there is nothing you can do because our unit is too old. Lastly sir, that is what you are charging the diagnostic fee for, for you to come out and tell us what you found wrong. THAT IS NOT OUR JOB!!!!

If I could give them a 10 stars I would. The Technician that came out was young, but he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly, he explained everything to where I could understand it and didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, and way cheaper than I even expected. I will be using them from now on.
