I’ve been a Cape Fear customer for 5+ years. Always great service. Twice needed more urgent service and have had a technician come within a day. Routine HVAC maintenance done by Bobby this week who solved a mystery and provided a few suggestions to keep my unit running smoothly in between bi-annual maintenance. Highly recommend.

Everything with Cape Fear is so professional. Get a text letting you know they’re on the way. Bobby the technician was very professional and courteous and very thorough. One of my systems is really old but Bobby said it’s working fine and I so appreciate the honesty. I’ve never felt with any technician at cape fear that they were trying to sell me something unlike other hvac companies. Just a well run, professional organization.

From the Front Desk "Real Humans" to the service techs. They are all professional and do a great job. The also installed the HVAC at my church.

Frank always provides great service. On time and worked quickly. Kept his shoes covered anytime in the house. A great company with great employees. That is why we keep going back to Cape Fear for our AC and Heating needs and have been doing this since 2006! Now here in 2026 I still get amazing service! And honestly whoever comes does great work.
