• The technician sent by Hays Heating and Air to service my home AC is a brilliant and honest man - his name is John Mangum. Prior to John’s visit technicians from two different companies came on separate days each one to service my AC… the first said I needed 2.0 lbs of R22 Freon but his Co didn’t carry R22 Freon-I paid the Service Call fee. I found a company that has R22, they wouldn’t give me a price until their tech came and determined how much Freon was needed, the price quoted was excessive & I declined but of course there was a fee for the service visit. I called Hays Heating &Air, they had R22, I agreed to pay for the Freon and John Mangum came to service my A/C; he determined the amount of Freon needed was a great deal LESS than I was quoted by the previous two technicians, John explained in detail what he was going to do; he hosed it down with water hose, removed debris from the unit, checked it out then added a small amount of Freon to get appropriate pressure and came inside to enjoy the cool air he just created. I hope I’ve made a new friend and if other Hays technicians are similar to John, I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Hays Heating and Air for All your A/C needs.

• The Hay's team are such quality persons. For example, Chase Faircloth who came today was a joy to discuss and work with. We have been using them to service our units every spring and fall. I had to replace a heat pump unit that lasted 32 years. Hay's installed the TRANE BUT it was not operating well. After 2 days of ordering a part, they installed it and it was working very well.
