• I've been a customer of Air Innovations for 10+ years now in Durham and Cary, mostly using them for break/fix services. They are AWESOME, provide fast service and great value. Everyone from Travis, Teddy, to the entire team are amazing. They've always helped me fix my heating/cooling issues within my budget, and give me a range of options I can choose from when needed. All their technicians I've had over the years are knowledgeable and have provided honest advice. I've had several major breakdowns they've helped with, but also had several smaller issues and they only charged me for minor fixes in those cases.

• Hands down, the best service company (of ANY kind) I have ever encountered! I can't say enough good things about this company! I am very impressed and surprised with the quality of service we received. I had read other Google reviews and that swayed me to call them and the fact that they service/sell brands we were looking to buy. Plus we have had mediocre or poor experiences with several other local companies every time we have needed service or replacement over the past 30 years. Getting the quote in person was the same-day AND at no charge which is the right thing to do, especially when customers know they want to buy new. Technician Andrew came to our house and was right on time. He ascertained the sizes we needed that would work best with our home and explained why. We actually had done deep research into choosing the brands and models we were considering on our own beforehand and were able to get quotes on those units without any attempts at the dreaded up-selling we've encountered with other companies. Ultimately, we chose Carrier brand units for central ac and furnace to be installed. Scheduling the installation was for the same week. Teddy and John were our technicians who did the installation. They were punctual, very professional, competent, careful, thorough, confident, courteous, and personable. All the same can be said for Andrew as well! I will recommend Air Innovations to anyone who is in the market for replacement of air conditioner and/or furnace.

This is the second of two units we have had to replace due to age. Although Andrew kept this unit alive as long as he could ( 6 years) it just became time to pull the plug and purchase a new one. • I found Air Innovations a little over a year ago and wish I had found them sooner. Last year I had 2 other companies come out and not fix my A/C correctly. Finally I found this company and Travis (the owner) came out himself and was in my million degree attic himself and fixed the problem and actually took the time to explain what was going on. I’ve now had some maintenance done a few times and had my HVAC replaced. I ended up having them come out a few times after the replacement (nothing that was their fault) for some questions I had and there did end up being a manufacture issue. They were great following up. I’ve had great overall experience but a special shout out to Andrew who really took his time to make sure I understood the operation and thoroughly explained everything to me at the end of the day. • You can't go wrong with Air Innovations! Josh is outstanding, and EVERY SINGLE employee is courteous, neat, and knowledgeable. Air Innovation's work is of the highest quality, and customer service cannot be beat! We've had them do annual checks of our two systems, repair a heater in the dead of winter, and replace a poorly installed AC grossly underperforming. We are so comfortable now with our new AC and happy with all the work they have done for us. • Be careful with this company! Technician was dishonest about one of our AC units needing a new compressor. Our home has 2 AC units. One of the units was blowing warm air and the other was working properly. The technician unplugged the unit that was working properly and told us that it needed a new compressor. He could not explain how the unit was blowing cold air before he arrived and after he started tinkering with it, it was blowing warm air and needed a new compressor. After telling the technician that we will obtain a second opinion he plugged the unit back into the power source and it started working properly again. He couldn’t explain how the unit started working again. The unit that was broken needed a new capacitor which he did replace and is working properly. This is why I’m giving 2 stars. Otherwise I would give 1 star. For being deceitful and trying to swindle us for a $4k compressor.
