I have a townhome in Durham: master BR, bath & closet upstairs and living room, office & kitchen downstairs. I like to keep the lower level low to mid-60s because of food bank goods I pick up. A couple weeks ago the lower level registered 80 degrees. The compressor was running. Ironically, the day before I received a text message from Anyday reminding me I was due for service per my maintenance contract. I called and Neil came out later that afternoon. He checked everything, diagnosed the problem, explained what the problem was and had cool air flowing in no time. He was very professional, efficient and courteous. Happy to recommend AnyDay!

Every person I have ever encountered at AnyDay Heating and Cooling has been knowledgeable, honest and warm. I didn’t t even know it was the owner who was crawling around in my basement until a few years later (he wanted to ensure a tricky problem was resolved - I thought he was the “senior” tech!). Raymond has been our tech for nearly 8 years and he is THE BEST. I take whatever advice he gives 😁

Had a rough experiance with another air conditioning place last month so I was skeptical. Totally different story with Anyday Air conditioning Services. Got the coolant recharge done and they were top-notch and they got to me within the hour. Easy to reach when I called. Gave me a couple options instead of pushing the priciest one. Very reasonable. Problem solved.

Anthony appeared to do a nice job with the indoor service. Suggested a lower MERV level filter so I may try those. However, suggested two services “needed” to the tune of over $1,000!! Several men in my neighborhood said the cost to simply change out the Capacitor is ridiculous, as it’s very easy to change and the part itself is only around $25. They were right! The other suggested expense, a chemical clean of the clogged coil, was also way overpriced based on calls to two other companies. As a result, I will not renew with AnyTime Co. and will not recommend them within my large community. :-( I was very nervous about being taken advantage of as an older, single woman so I’m very glad I checked around.
