Joe was an absolute hero. Our AC unit completely gave out and he came out, got us temporary AC units to get us by until the new unit came in, and then worked through a storm to get us set up. He took my late call to clearly explain my options and got my home cooled from a weekend of 85+ indoor temps. He and Seth got us hooked up and cooled with no mess or headache. Could not give them higher praise for their dedication and work.

Update: Needed to use again and just as impressed the 2nd time around! Thank you Randy and the Harley's team! Update #2: Have trusted these guys and Brian came out recently when our AC went out, we had just brought home our newborn. He was quick with a temporary fix to get us back up and running while parts are on order. At this point the maintenance program they offer just makes sense as I seem to need something every season and gladly signed up. Highly recommend this business as I've had numerous great experiences with everyone from reception to the techs. Wonderful experience overall!
