Just got my HVAC system replaced by Heating and Cooling DRS. The old 80% furnace was replaced with a fuel efficient 97% Lennox elite series furnace. The whole process was super smooth and quick. William was super helpful in explaining to me the differences between different types of furnaces and made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend Heating and Cooling DRS.

Our furnace was making an awful noise. I called William at 7 am. He said he would be there in fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later he arrived. He diagnosed the issue and said he would have to get the part and would be returning in about 45 minutes. True to his word he was back in 45 minutes with the new part. He installed the new part and cleaned the furnace. Had us up and running in no time. Response to service call was super fast. Installation was completed promptly. We have used William in the past and the service was always exceptional. Great job.

I had an emergency issue where my heating won't kick in over the weekend. I called for an emergency visit. Within a few hours William showed up, found out my thermostat and igniter is faulty and repaired within the next couple of hours. It can't get better than this. William did an excellent job explaining about the issue and took care of it immediately. I am very happy with his service and will utilize him again for future maintenance work. We had heat go out when it was super cold out I called so many places including our home warranty because it was the night before thanksgiving no one could come I called this company spoke to William and he did a wonderful job he answered questions on the phone, and put up with me going back and forth on a decision to come out that night when I did call him and he came right away he explained what he was doing and what the problem was and able to fix within a quick period. William was great and I would absolutely hire him again!
