Quick response for service, knowledgeable technician with diagnostics and actually fixing the problem that occurred. Had an original appointment for later afternoon, and was called saying they could come earlier in the day which is amazing in an A/C crisis with a toddler in the home.

My furnace blower motor died on me just as the weather started to turn cold for the season. Josh came out and took a look and confirmed it was dying and was able to order a replacement even though my furnace is fairly old. Service was great, fast, and friendly. Price was very VERY reasonable. When I replace my full furnace to bring it up to date I will be going with OK. They have earned a lifetime customer! Highly recommend! Thanks Josh!

I thought I needed a new furnace because of a failure occurring in my current unit. I contacted two companies and received quotes for $2000-$3000 for the repairs. My furnace is 12 years old and not inexpensive so I was not very happy about this. It was a coin toss as to whether to fix or replace. I called 5 local companies to receive quotes for a new furnace and they were $6,000-$8,000. OK was the last company to come in. The salesman, who is very knowledgeable and surprisingly honest, told me my furnace could be repaired for under $1,000. He could have just quoted me for a new furnace like all the others but didn’t. I was thrilled. Josh, who had 30+ years experience, came in, found the problem, and my bill was $230. Who does that? I hope something else breaks so I can feel this good again.

Josh and Polly were excellent to work with very responsive and knowledgeable about their products and their process. Cody and the other gentleman who did the install were prompt, courteous, communicative, and careful, I really appreciated that I can say with certainty that I went from “having a guy“ who does my HVAC to “I will never use another HVAC company”. Our furnace died during the cold snap over the holidays. We called around for a few quotes. OK Heating came by the same day to assess with no charge (other places charged us). They had the most competitive pricing and went out of their way to get it installed ASAP. The sales and installation team were accommodating, personable and professional. Had 5 mini-splits installed during a new build - all flare nuts were incorrect and company refuses to take responsibility for the $1600 bill I incurred to prevent the slow leak of freon. Owner won't take my calls.

We have used OK Heating for multiple projects in our home. We recently had to replace our air conditioner. Prior to replacing it, they came out and were able repair and get 3 more years out of our old one (They did not push a new one right away). And when our AC finally did die after 30 years, we called OK and they were out right away, made an awesome recommendation for a new unit and had it installed within a week. Installation was on time and all employees were very professional. We highly recommend O K in Verona!

Impressive customer service and response time. It was a holiday weekend and my AC needed to be diagnosed and repaired before Monday. It was Saturday morning and I left a message on the emergency line. Within thirty minutes the owner, had called me back and arrived at my place and by another thirty minutes the repair was done! Our 20+ year old Bryant furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. We called OK Heating & AC and they were here the next day. They had the part on hand and the furnace repaired in 1 hour. It was such a relief that we didn't have to wait for the part to be ordered and worry about pipes freezing or the house getting too cold. The technician was also very professional. As soon as he diagnosed the problem he told us what it was and about what it would cost to replace. The final bill was very reasonable and within $10 of the original estimate.

In February I decided to switch from LP to natural gas on my Bryant furnace. To do this I had OK Heating come to my home so they could change the fitting on my furnace. This had to be a coordinated effort, since Madison Gas and Electric needed to make the final switch from the tank to the natural gas lines they installed last fall. OK Heating sent two technicians to my home in the morning to set things up. Then they came back later the same day when the person from MG&E was here to make sure the hookup was ready. The techs from OK Heating showed me what needed to be changed, then they made the change and were on their way in less than an hour. Great service and affordable is how I would describe OK Heating. I would recommend them and will hire them again when needed.
