When our AC unexpectedly died during the flooding in Rock County, Spencer responded quickly, answered all of our questions, and had us back up and running with a new unit in no time. He is knowledgeable, honest, personable, and truly cares about his customers. The moment that really solidified our trust happened when (yesterday) we experienced a frightening indoor air quality issue outside of normal business hours. Spencer responded immediately, drove all the way to our home in Orfordville, and took the time to make sure everything was thoroughly checked before leaving. • We were very disappointed in the communication and follow through. Before we decided to have Latitude 43 work on our home we had a very thorough discussion with the owner about our expectations and we were assured that he would be checking in to make sure we were 100% happy with the hvac unit that we decided to get. After installation there were a couple of items that were left unfinished and we were told he would be in touch to come and finish the work. We had to message repeatedly to get them to finally come back to finish. We were supposed to get a focus on energy rebate and the owner kept telling us he was looking into it and would get back to us but never did. Less than a year after install we had the unit inspected by another company who found a number of issues. We reached out to Latitude 43 to check these out and it took months of messages and calls to finally get them to look at it. At the end of the day we are unhappy with the unit due to it being very loud and rattling the walls of our kitchen. Never once did anyone from this company reach out to us with a phone call so we could discuss our concerns.
