Rabah and his team were absolutely excellent. After a worrisome experience with another company, a friend gave me Rabah’s information. Communication was excellent- whole team was very punctual and respectful of our property. We needed a whole HVAC system and he guided through all the options and made suggestions based on our budget. Everyone was so considerate and the final product is top notch. I would recommend him for any HVAC work and he earned a new long time customer. Bonus points that he came in lower than all competitors as well!

Rabah, of Heating and Cooling KC, kept my existing system going for well over a year with his proactive troubleshooting. Recently during the extreme heat my system was freezing up and I texted him for help at 7:30 and he was at my house by 9 am to address the situation. He was able to get the system cooling again. However, there comes a time when you have to trust your advisor, and know when it is time to install a new air and heating system. Rabah and his team installed a new system within a few days and it is working wonderfully. We have a complicated situation as we are renting and our homeowner is rather difficult and doesn’t like to pay for anything so when our AC went out in the hottest part of the summer with 5 kids at home you can imagine the headache. If i could give Rabah 10 stars I would. Diagnosed my older AC and had it fixed in less then 30 minutes on one of the hottest days in August. His honesty is what made me choose him over the big named companies. As a single female living alone its hard to find companies that you trust to do the work right and not try to get over on you and sell you things you dont need. He really wants the best for his customers. I would recommend him to anyone. He definitely gained a new customer.

Super happy and greatful called around 8:40 pm expecting not to be able to get seen since so late when talked to him on phone he said he was on his way home and would put me on first appointment in the morning after sending him my address and what was wrong with ac he hurried over diagnosed it super fast and fixed it in about 20-30 mins will definitely call anytime I have ac problems highly recommend super professional and responsive via phone calls and txt and price was fair

These guys know the deal. I’m glad that I met Rabah, first of all because he’s a wonderful person. He’s honest, he cares, and he’s not out to nickel and dime. He’s got a solid crew. They do great work. They sweated their tails off in 95 degree heat all day to replace our full system. He does what he says at the price he says he’ll do it for. He pivots when needed and comes up with a plan to get you what you need when you need it. He came over prior to our installation just to get our a/c running with a temporary fix when other companies left us with no a/c in June. He also saved us about $7,000 dollars from what others quoted for the same amount of work and materials, plus he replaced my water heater, pressure regulator, and insulated some piping for a very reasonable price, and it was still lower than other bids I received. Additionally, he installed a new thermostat that I purchased for no additional charge. He’s in this for the long game and really cares for his clients. Quality guy. Quality work. Plus, my wife likes and trusts him, which is a huge win. I wish you nothing but the best in your business, and I will be recommending you to all of my contacts in and out of my real estate business. Rabah was very professional and knowledgeable explained everything in detail and didn’t try to sell me a new ac unit, that is such a positive in this new age of consumer waste and large corporations trying to just sell the new and latest thing for commission. I am aware that new is needed at times, but only after exhausting all repairs. Larger companies could take a page out of Rabah’s play book and just listen to the homeowner and find out what they actually need. You will not be disappointed hiring this small business for any of your HVAC needs

I absolutely 1000% recommend Rabah to fix any furnace and /or install a new AC unit. Although I have a home warranty with "A B"annoying company, they are VERY overpriced, upselling and not at all looking out for their customers. They only look out for themselves. When I found Rabah and he's fixed my furnace AND months later just installed a new AC unit, I knew I made the right decision! His professionalism, customer oriented honesty is top notch. I will use Rabah for all my furnace/ac/hot water heater needs! Highly recommend!
