Work was completed in a timely manner and Elias and Wilder were incredibly helpful in outlining the project and steps/timeline for completion. The team ran into a couple of nuances with our house (quite a few quirks we already knew about) but were quick to troubleshoot to ensure as much of house could be insulated despite our home's wonky issues. They were prompt to arrive each day, cleaned up, took so much care in protecting my floors & furniture and were wonderful to work with. Can't recommend Wilder and Elias enough (Truck #51).

We scheduled the free home assessment and Pietra arrived on time and from the first moment was very informative and walked us through the process. She took her time and did the complete assessment and we were extremely impressed with the end results. They have literally been in a house with bare minimum insulation for years. • Two years ago, HomeWorks Energy performed a home energy audit and discovered there was no insulation beneath my main entryway floor—it is exposed directly to the outside. HomeWorks said they would install the insulation, but it was never done. I’ve made at least six requests to have this addressed. They repeatedly promised the work would be completed, but they never showed up. Each time I contacted them about their failure to follow through, I was told, “Someone will get in touch.” No one did. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. Based on my experience, the program seems more focused on handing out a few light bulbs and perhaps an energy-efficient power strip than on completing meaningful work. It makes me question whether the real purpose is to collect government funding rather than help customers. When it came to installing the missing insulation they identified, HomeWorks failed miserably. Finding the problem, repeatedly promising to fix it, and then ignoring my requests for two years is unacceptable. Their handling of this has left me feeling completely misled. They failed so miserably, I think a government audit of their contract should be conducted.

• This guy was here for FORTY FIVE minutes… and injected foam similar to “great stuff” that you can get at Home Depot for $6 a can. around the perimeter of my basement.
