From the time I spoke w/ Jordan & the arrival of service reps Koby & trainee Trevor, referred by Herbie (aka Mobile Doctor) In and out professionally throughout the repair. All within a few hours of my initial call. A regular and repair service today. Lavoie Heating Service for all my future HVAC needs. When we were told by our oil company that they were going to condemn our old oil tank they also suggested they could replace it. They gave us a price and contract we were not happy with. Lavoie Heating installed our central air and mini split over 10 years ago. I called Lavoie Heating and Dan came out and told me that what the oil company was wrong and he measured and looked for the best options. Yesterday Kody and his crew from Lavoie installed our new oil tank. They were so well organized, they brought everything they needed. They explained what they were doing step by step. (We are always curious when we have repairs or service to our home but do not interfere with our professionals). I wish I had gotten the names of the other young men who worked with Kody as they were a great team. Thank you Dan and team. I will be happy to recommend you to all.

Anytime I've had a problem with my boiler, Dan has shown up and fixed the issue no matter how long it takes. He has proven to go above and beyond for his customers. Jordan who runs the office is exceptional as is Kody the HVAC technician. They both take time to answer any question you have and make sure you understand what the process is before moving forward. Couldn't be happier. After waiting 48 hours for another HVAC company to come take a look at my Goodman furnace to no avail, but one call to Lavoie and within an hour and a half Dan was on my doorstep. We needed boiler help on Sunday - right before Fern hit the area - at 4:00 in the morning. We called several companies who either didn’t answer the phone or reply to our texts or told us they could get to us on Monday.
