They said they’re open 24/7, but I had to call twice; 30 mins after my initial call because nobody called me back to tell me whether their coming or not to repair my AC.

UTTERLY SHADY & DISHONEST COMPANY! Their technician misdiagnosed the issue and did a terrible job which made my ac even worse despite paying a huge amount for a terrible job done. Then requested to charge me even more thousands of dollars or take their loan, claiming it would be done perfectly this time. A TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT DOESN’T KEEP TO THEIR PROMISE DESPITE A REFERRAL.

Great AC repair company. They were very professional, and did not try and sneak extra things “wrong” with my AC systems like some other companies I’ve had to deal with. I had to barter a bit on the price (certainly recommend looking up fair market prices to get a sense of what is reasonable), but the price they gave for an AC replacement was ultimately very fair and they were able to come quickly to do the job. I worked with Brandon Dedeaux who was very kind, professional and thorough as well.

Quick response Sept. 2021 to diagnose and fix potentially serious issue. Shawn was through and efficient. Problem solved. Update: Dec 2019: Continuing with my annual agreement, bi-annual inspection of A/C system and Furnace. Technician Ronald Gomez was on-time and thorough, making sure each part was operating properly and clean and that I was well-informed.. Still ***** HousePro installed our system almost 10 years ago. They sized it correctly, not the over-sized estimates I received from competitors. They have serviced the system twice every year, keeping it running perfectly. Their installers were efficient, neat and polite. Their service reps are responsive. Any minor concerns have been addressed that day as was the case today when Ron arrived a couple of hours after I called in. Minor matter addressed in minutes.

I had a clogged drain pipe and my inside units were linking on the dripping pan. I called them and they came in a Sunday, within an hour and service was amazing. Excellent explanations and also recommendations for future services. Really recommend them.

With home warranty coverage and manufacturer warranty on the materials, I was invoiced for over $1,000.00 for labor. I don't know if that is a reasonable price or not but was not expecting to pay what was invoiced. I'm glad I have AC working and cooling the house.
