Randy completed routine inspection and maintenance on our HVAC system. What is most impressive is that while he worked, he happily and politely took time to answer every single one of our questions. Great first experience with this company.

I noticed a slight musty smell in the bedrooms that I just couldn't get rid of with sprays. Jose performed an HVAC duct cleaning and found some damp dust in the main ducts. He cleaned the entire system and used a sanitizer to neutralize the odor for good. He also performed an air duct cleaning service to make sure the air was fresh and clean. The smell is completely gone, and the bedrooms feel much cleaner and more comfortable now. He was a very polite technician and took the time to explain the cleaning process to me. I am very satisfied with the service and the professional manner in which he worked.

The WORST Experience I have ever had with a contracting company. They replaced my landlords entire AC unit 4 years ago and it has caused NOTHING but problems in the last two years I have lived here. Every single time they come here, they start off by trying to blame the building (we have a building that uses water and has a main system), and yet every single time they come they find something else wrong with the system they replaced. One time they tried to say that it was a “sediment issue” with the building, and when he turned the temperature down to prove it to me, the system shut off. Two hours later he tells me it was actually a huge leak that he can’t explain and all the coolant escaped. Like what ????? We just had them come again because the AC is not working AGAIN. He tried to tell us it was ALL because of our thermostat. He replaced the thermostat, and two days later the AC is not working AGAIN. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing , or they’re intentionally causing problems to rack up costs. Unfortunately my dog is the one that has to suffer, I stay awake all night worrying about the next time the AC will randomly stop working and potentially cause him to have heat stroke. If I were able to choose I would NEVER trust them to do any sort of work on my home, and you shouldn’t either.

Lawrence and team did an outstanding job on my HVAC install. I needed a new system because my old one was on its way out (over 22y/o). Lawrence showed up for a quote, talked through my options, was very honest, and was easy to schedule. His team got the whole job completed in (what I would say) was record time. The quality of work stayed above par throughout the whole project so I was very pleased when they wrapped up. In the end, I was shown how to operate and maintain my HVAC system and am able to schedule Lawrence and his team for future maintenance which I absolutely plan to do. Thank you to him and his team for a job well done!

We’ve been using this company for our annual HVAC maintenance for some time now, and they are consistently professional, helpful, and genuinely nice to work with. Most recently, our heat stopped working and I called on very short notice. Even though he doesn’t normally do service calls himself, the owner personally came out and got everything fixed for us after learning that my wife is 9 months pregnant. That level of care and professionalism really meant a lot to our family. Excellent service, fair, reliable, and people who truly stand behind their work. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

First time working with Lawrence Heating and air. Communication setting our appointment was easy, with pricing and process discussed. Randy, our technician called prior to arriving on time, he was very personable and respectful, worked efficiently to diagnose the issue and fully explained what he could offer to solve the problem and avoid future problems! He quickly remedied the issue and continued to clean and tune up our system (at our request). We are thankful for Randy’s expertise and enthusiasms, and wholeheartedly recommend Lawrence services - and Randy!
