Its all good until something goes wrong then they will do everything they can to not take responsibility, be very wary of hiring these people and dont let them bring unqualified apprentices to the job, it wont turn out good

We had a new water tank installed by Bruno and his team recently. From start to finish, everything was professionally, friendly, super quick and communication was great. Bruno even came out to measure our space to make sure install and removal would be ok. He is definitely going to be our go-to for our HVAC and plumbing needs.

Wow! Had a terrific experience with Local Own Comfort! Bruno installed a new water heater in our home. We called him on a Sunday and within just a few hours we had heard back, received a new unit, and had it fully installed. I was really impressed with how prompt and professional he was throughout the entire process. He did a great job—everything was clean, and he took the time to clearly explain how everything works. He even made an effort to keep noise to a minimum since our baby was asleep, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this company!

Great Service, good communication and good price. I needed a gas oven disconnected/installed and they were able to come by on short notice and were very accommodating and professional even though it was a small job. Highly recommend them and will definitely be contacting them in the future!

I strongly recommend LOC. Unfortunately Devon had to shut our furnace down late yesterday for safety reasons. Within a 1/2 hour Bruno contacted me with options and prices. Understandably, due to time of day, replacement wasn’t possible until this morning but Devon left a space heater and offered to return with 2nd one. We told him one would be fine. Bruno and Colin arrived at 8:45 this morning to dismantle furnace and Devon arrived later to help with the installation. Bruno took the time to fully answer my many questions. Thank you Bruno, Devon, and Colin for your professionalism.

The water softener at my client’s property stopped working on closing day, and Bruno, Derek, and Devon were amazing! They responded quickly and were available the very next morning. By 11 AM, the new softener was installed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care to protect the floors and the home. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and professionalism!

Had a nasty experience yesterday. I had a rented water heater with Reliance Home Comfort and it blew up and had to be changed. They sent people to the house who could not speak english and who refused to replace or remove their equipment. When I called the office...same thing, person on the line could hardly speak English and not only refused to assist but advised me they would charge us $65 +tx for them to pickup their faulty equipment. Talk about an awesome customer journey. Worst business experience ever! Then I found LOC on Google, called Bruno. Within hours, a wonderful young man by the name of Devon showed up and replaced our faulty water heater and helped us put Reliance's water heater in our garage. He did an excellent job and was very courteous and cleaned everything up. Price was very reasonable and the whole experience was a dream. If you are thinking of maybe getting away from the rental and getting your own, I highly recommend you go with LOC. They are a class act! They turned a really bad day into a great day and I'm happy to support a local business instead of a large corporate company who doesn't care about their customers at all. Support local and go LOC!
