Due to the high number of people converting to refrigerated air today, all of our techs are specifically trained for the installation of refrigerated air and receive their EPA certified refrigerant certification. We pride ourselves in having the friendliest and most knowledgeable techs who are always ready to answer your questions or concerns regarding your HVAC systems. • I had called to have a technician come and diagnose a LG mini split. I needed a diagnosis because the first company I had install it couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Before I agreed to the service I had asked if I would still have to pay if the technician couldn’t tell me how to fix it and the sales person says no. The technician can’t figure out why it’s losing power randomly but clips the unit on correctly. He charges me and I’m hoping that’s the end of it. That night it starts losing power as usual but I let it go a week to see if anything would change. It doesn’t. I call to see if they know why it’s not working. They don’t. I ask to have my money back and they argue that a service was provided. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t the diagnosis or fixing the unit. I don’t recommend for repair.
