After a long drive home, the last thing we wanted to discover was a broken A/C. Mills sent Elijah out, and he immediately figured out the problem, fixed it, and even took extra time to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. We were so grateful to have someone like him show up when we really needed it. Excellent service!

I am a Local Operations Manager for multiple rental properties in Panama City Beach, Florida. I have been working with Mills over the last 20 years and they are the best A/C company I have worked with during this time. Their dispatcher, Amber Rose, is an outstanding communicator and efficient and does not treat her customers like a number. She is very personable and work extremely hard to take car of all our company's needs when they arise. Aaron Dare, A/C Tecnician, is one of the best of the best. He does not walk into a problem and immediately say, "system needs to be replaced." He actually spends the time to find the problem and come up with a solution. This helps keep our costs down and also benefits our property owners. I will continue to use them as long as I am in this business.

For 30 years at least Mills Heating & Cooling has been our go to company. Courteous, honest, reliable, usually same day service & always handle the problem. How nice in 2025 to have a company that shows respect for their customers & in such a timely fashion. I can apply the same compliments about "EVERY" Mills representative repair man. The latest was a sweetheart, Patrick Caudle. THANK YOU PATRICK & MILLS for keeping me warm & staying cool!!! ;-)

Patrick Caudle provided our typical pre-winter service on our unit. Patrick was very thorough, answered all my questions, and shared pictures of an area of concern. Patrick was honest in his assessment, not pressuring a fix right away, indicating we had time to address. We have used Mills for about 6 years now and have been very pleased with their service.

I used Mills to install a new high efficiency 4T heat pump unit and was very happy with their knowledge and service. I found Brad Stewart to be extremely thoughtful when assessing my needs and communicating throughout the process. The work was scheduled quickly and the install was a breeze. Another company told me a crane would be required, but Mills brought an experienced, professional (and very strong!) team to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate that I contacted Brad after the install as I thought there was an issue and he was quick to schedule a follow up visit with the team the next day. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them!

We had an excellent experience with Mills Heating & Air during the installation of our Trane heat pumps. Josh, the manager, was incredibly thorough and caught a few issues that other companies completely overlooked, which gave us a lot of confidence in their expertise. Dustin, the install manager, and the team were professional and efficient and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. What stood out was their follow-through—Dustin even stopped by twice after the installation to ensure everything was running smoothly. They went above and beyond, and I’d highly recommend Mills Heating & Air to anyone looking for top-notch service and reliability!
