• Although I have always highly recommended Norris Air, I was extremely disappointed this last service. It wasn't the quality of the work, it was the over pricing. I had a maintenance contract that I used this last service for. I was told my Capicitor was leaking oil and was told it was under warranty so I had them replace it. I did agree to do the Hard Start kit also, however, when the technician told me the overall total price, I asked him what was causing my bill to be over $500. He said it was the part, the part was expensive. I was at work, agreed over the phone to go ahead and do it before checking the pricing of the part on line. To my surprise, the part was very inexpensive. I looked up the overall average pricing for a 5-2-1 compressor saver part he installed and they run approximately $50-75. Even though I received a "discount", I was charged over $500 for approximately one hour labor to swap out a capacitor, run the 5-2-1 compressor saver and clean off the A/C unit with my water hose. Now I understand there is a level of expertise that comes with HVAC installation and repairs, however, this was excessive, in my opinion. I emailed about how I felt that was excessive labor pricing and felt I was lied to; I received no response.

• I recommended my neighbor to call Norris air and angel went out to look at the unit and since it was a year old he didnt even bother to look at it...guessing it could be 3 things the unit is under warranty and he still wanted to charge 3,000 to change the txv and charge the unit and he wasn't even sure it was the txv I guess his worry about his commission please people dont get scammed with company's like this never again I will recommend this company

• I can’t say how appreciative I am to Norris air And Brandon for helping us so fast. I called on a Saturday afternoon and He saw me on a Sunday morning didn’t charge me after hours or weekend rates and when he came out he looked at the unit inside and out and went under the house to check duct work gave me info on the 5 areas that were causing our system to fail and he knew we weren’t in the best spot financially so he gave us a rundown of what needed to be fixed first and ideas of small fixes with our filters and settings and electricity to help it not short out again until I could address the other issues I can’t give a better review for a company and the technician looking out for its costumers
