As a business owner, I truly appreciated his prompt response when several of our A/C units experienced failed capacitors and fan motors. 118° outside…..He had all the necessary parts stocked in his van, allowing him to complete the repairs quickly, correctly, and with excellent quality. • *READ ME* I have rented with this property management company for 11 years and let me tell you it has been a struggle. I had a huge dead oak tree crash on my roof during a storm and took out the AC unit. I had told the property management company and provided them pictures about the huge dead oak tree a month prior and they never did anything. Then during a horrible storm here in Phoenix.. down comes the Oak Tree on our roof damaging the roof and completely damaged the AC unit Beyond repair. Thank God my property management team had enough sense to contact Salt River air. I would have been waiting for who knows how long for my property management team to get this pushed through as soon as possible because they take their time on everything over here. So when Salt River air contacted me I explained the situation that it was 91 degrees in the house we are without are my son has reactive airway disease and it is miserable in here and who knows how long this is going to take for Invitation Homes to approve anything cuz they always take forever. Elizabeth was the lady that I spoke to when she called the schedule let me tell you she listened to my concerns and actually cared and this was the first time I've ever talked to her. She absolutely went above and beyond contacted my property management and once again explained the severity even though I had already done so but she must have been able to speak to the right person because she got me a hotel for the night for my children and I so we did not have to suffer the rest of the night trying to sleep in a 91° house. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to her because she literally coordinated everything and had her whole side of things on hold to wait till the huge oak tree was removed she coordinated the crane I mean the whole night yards she literally went above and beyond I've never had anybody in the 11 years me living here ever care and do what she did. Then the technician that comes out Antonio and his team were just absolutely amazing. They got that AC up there and running and in no time I am so shocked how quick they were installing an entirely new AC unit they had to do everything and they were in and out of here quick. My house already feels so much cooler my kids are happy and I am relieved. Thank you guys again so much for going above and beyond you guys are amazing and truly care this is the kind of company that definitely needs to be recognized. Thanks again I have your guys's info written down and saved for any future family friends anyone I know that needs an AC reference I know exactly who to refer them to. • Salt River Air has been taking care of our AC/heating needs for about three years now. They also service our daughter’s home and recently my mother’s home. Our entire family highly and confidently recommend them! It is a family business and every member takes their craft seriously as well as having great pride in their work, as they most certainly should because it is outstanding. They are honest, show up when they say they will, work hard and are very reasonably priced. Over the last few years they have had someone on site for service within a day or two. Sooner if it’s an emergency. Yesterday Antonio, Julio and their team removed and then installed two new complete split Trane units and they did it all in one day. • Julio from Salt River Air just completed my summer check for my AC system. Julio, from Salt River Air has been the only person I’ve used for my HVAC since 2022. You want a company that does it correct the first time, this is the one. Honest, no high pressure unnecessary sales pitch. Plus whether it’s my summer (ac) or fall (heater) check, he uses a small blower to clean the unit in the attic. He cleans my AC condenser, checks to make sure the outside breakers are snug in the AC disconnect box, just to mention a few things.
