• Update: I apologize for getting the names mixed up. We actually met with Juan of NSG but we're equally impressed that Nick, the owner, took time out of his busy day to come out on the day of service to meet us and check on the progress of the install. We can't thank Juan, Nick and the rest of the NSG team for making this such a great experience. ******************* We had, for the last 15 years, been dealing with an air conditioning tech who was the husband of a lady that my husband worked with. He always did a fantastic job and was extremely reasonable. Unfortunately, he retired recently but gave us the name of a company that he said would take care of our heating and cooling needs. That company charged us over $6,000 for treating "mold" and tried to upsell us on another larger unit for our sunroom. The last straw was when this company gave us a written estimate to treat the "mold" but showed up on the appointed day and charged us double the quoted estimate and said we needed a larger unit for our sunroom. The next day, we placed a call to NSG and met with Nick. He was extremely thorough, pleasant, and listened to our concerns and our experience we had with the previous company. He face timed and conferred with the owner of NSG while going over the layout of our sunroom and then came up with a plan of action to solve our issue. After what we had been through with this other company, we were completely impressed with Nick's knowledge and professionalism. He was able to pinppint several areas that needed to be addressed and we could tell he had our best interests in mind. He was able to get us scheduled within a matter of a few days and spent the day before our scheduled install carefully going over pictures of our sunroom and fine tuning the work to be done like a maestro. He even called us to go over the plans and then showed up the next morning with his team to ensure everything was done to perfection. His attention to each and every detail and his team of talented techs completely blew us away. Pricing was extremely reasonable and Juan came back in a few days to ensure that the system was working as it should. NSG is a family owned business and they are truly one of a kind. Not only are they honest but are transparent. We never felt pressured nor did they try to upsell us on equipment that we did not need. Nick and his team are truly a gem in the many heating and air conditioning companies that take advantage of people. NSG possess a very special niche in today's market in that they are passionate about providing top notch service, care and compassion towards their customers. Thank you NSG for restoring our confidence in mankind. You are our go to for all our HVAC needs hands down!

• Juan, Luis and Matthew installed our new AC system and did a fantastic job! Our "old" AC was only 3 years old and we had nothing but trouble with it since the beginning that was installed by Team Enoch. Come to find out they didn't put the new floor pan in and our old one was too small, which caused the coil to go out. The system kept turning off and they just said to turn breaker on and off. The last time I did that fire shot out of it. Juan and Lewis with NSG found wiring issues, along with other things. They fixed all the issues including new wiring. I would never use Team Enoch again. From now on I will always call NSG Heating & Air Specialists!!! The 1st 2 pictures are the old system. The 2nd 2 are the new system. What a difference!

• I usually do not leave a review. We could not have asked for a better Experience. We only had 4 days to get a new Heat pump system in before we were leaving town and the cold was going to hit. Juan went out of his way to get us an appointment to have the installation. They came at 8:00 am sharp and the team stayed until 5:00 pm and got all 3 units installed and helped replace the Wifi thermostats and made sure they were working on our phones. • NSG is the reason you get a 2nd opinion. And not for the good reason. I hope my poor experience was due to circumstance but it's odd that I found multiple other local repair shops with available parts when supposedly no one has them and everything is special order now. If you actually take the time to inspect and diagnose and come to the conclusion that the unit's time is up, I might actually listen to you when you try and push the $10k overhaul package. Taking one look at a wobbling unit and saying "oh gosh, that thing's done for!" (paraphrasing) is my job and not one of a respectable technician who actually wants to help the customer, not take advantage of their situation, and not waste their time and energy. And just FYI, the other place found the issue was not only a simple fix but also had the fan and motor replaced in less than 24 hours. The other reviews on here make it seem like the company knows what they are doing so hopefully it was just an isolated incident!
