Ran into an issue where our A/C wasn’t blowing air out of the vents. I reached out to Olive Air this morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. Matt messaged me providing a 30-45 minute ETA. When he arrived I explained to him the symptoms and he got to work and troubleshooting right away. He identified the blower motor had finally became inoperable after 31 years. He was great with explaining the differences between the old motor and the new variable speed motor. Upon completion and testing, I can confirm that the airflow out of the vents has never been this strong before and the house is getting cooler much faster now. Thank you Matt for your kindness and patience with all the questions I had!
