Dalton did an excellent job on repair, cleanup, and was right on time and very professional. He was a delight to work with on our plumbing issues. He found the problems and fixed them in a timely manner. We are on the contract plan with On Time Service and so far, are very pleased. I do have one negative comment which has nothing to do with Dalton or his performance. We have a constant drip in one of our bathroom sinks which we have wanted repaired for a while now. Unfortunately, the fee that we were quoted was extremely high to us for such a simple repair. So, we were disappointed as we had to choose not to have him fix it. It is a shame to waste water with a constant drip but we have had a number of extra repair costs lately so we just could not see doing the repair. We do highly recommend On Time Service to everyone.
