We are VERY happy with PS Cool Heat! ... particularly after a vendor we had been using for many years (ATC) attempted to extort us in the amount of $5,305 to replace the unit, including the compressor, contactor, dual capicitor, drier, Evac & Recharge. Disappointed. I called this company about a month ago for an issue with my AC unit. Technician just seem to address the symptom not the underlying issue. I got charged for a freeon top off and the installation of a hardstart kit totaling over $750. Things worked normally for about a month but we are now back to the same issue after all the money spent.
