At the time of finding out we had a problem with our AC system we contacted Patton for help they had a professional technician come out right away to diagnose the problem. Turns out the fan motor was bad and needed to be replaced, still under warranty it took a few days to order a new motor. Meanwhile Patton was so generous to deliver to our home a portable AC unit. Overall I’m am very grateful for choosing Patton now as the season is warming our system is running smoothly. I want to send a special thanks to the Patton team and I will surely recommend them to friends and family. Thank You Sincerely Andre Augustine

Amazing service! Came out next day. My AC was not working and we got a quote for $8-10k for repairs. They came out tested everything and found out that we only needed coolant. Everything is back up and running great!

My old AC went out during 100 plus degree weather. A huge truck arrived soon after I called with a large industrial cooler for our use until the AC installation was completed. I was grateful and don’t know what I would have done without it. They were back early the next morning with our new system and started working right away. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Top tier service and system.

I called because they installed the unit. I ordered a truck roll to assess. Technician showed up, Stated I had a leak in the Condenser Coil. We agreed not to add Freon. He left. They charged me for a pound of freon, gas for the truck (it's less than 5 miles) and an Hour of the technicians time.

Our home AC was blowing hot air. We called Patton, and this was a wonderful decision. They promptly sent a guy out, and he easily assessed the problem. After replacing a few parts, he showed us how to clean the filters on the unit in order to maintain airflow. The price was very fair. Overall amazing service and very informative. Thank you Patton!

Set meeting with this company they did Not show up I had to call them 3 times then he came out and measured what I wanted done said it would be a couple of days ? Waited 2 weeks I called said he would have by bid that day ? Two days later got bid I said do the job said it would take a week? Had to do exzact measurements? Was supposed to be there Friday was No show I called he said he would be there Monday, again No Show when I called he said had a funeral ? So Friday you did not know you had a funeral you were going to? Called me that Monday said he would come out at 4 pm he came out and said job would be done by Friday that week. Again No Show all week. Called today Tuesday what's going on? We are busy and just don't have the time this week or maybe next you should go elsewhere? After waiting all this time I am sure glad they can throw $5400 away like it's Nothing. I have two Business and this is Not how a Company should be treating there Customers!!!!
