I would like to change my review from yesterday. My air conditioning broke again today after waking us up in the middle of the night with strange sounds. I tried calling and getting the service technician out today, but they still have not gotten back to me. Also after reviewing the invoice that was sent to me only after I called to get one, I noticed that I was significantly overcharged for the thermostat. The thermostat installed was a Honeywell Home FocusPRO N100, which is a basic, non-programmable thermostat. The invoice, however, describes the replacement as a “Honeywell PRO 4000 or equivalent” and specifically refers to a programmable thermostat. The N100 is also a relatively inexpensive thermostat, making the $498 charge for the replacement particularly difficult to understand. I also believe the $396 charge for clearing the drain line is substantially higher than what would reasonably be expected for this type of service, particularly since there was no major repair or replacement of the drain system. I chose Provision because I expected professional service and fair, transparent pricing. I’m hoping you can review this in good faith and make an adjustment that reflects the actual work and equipment provided.

Left a review earlier and it got taken down. They stated they do not work with home warranty company however all of the contact information provided to me by our home warranty matches that provided by the owner in other reviews. They scheduled and appointment to inspect our hvac through home warranty and never showed. When we called they stated that they had a different appointment on their end, however they never showed for that one either. Then they stopped returning calls or messages when we tried to reach out.

Our unit is 25 years old at least. My husband has been in and out of hospital since January and our servicing had been pretty erratic. But of course it had to go wrong during an extra high unusual heat advisory in San Diego 96-105 degrees plus high humidity. I couldn't get anyone to come out earlier than 2 or more days up to 2 weeks! Vlad gave me an appointment today with a window of 3pm to 6pm. He phoned around 3 and said he would be on his way.
