• Resicon sent a squad of technicians & electricians to install my heat pump. They arrived a bit early & spread out to their tasks. They are friendly, very professional & skilled. • In my bedroom, I was hearing a buzzing sound that I could not figure out and Chase Carter one of the managers came out to my house and he figured out that it was an Internet modem. He figured this out within like 15 or 20 minutes of getting to my house. I’ve been listening to this buzzing sound for at least a week and a half having no idea what it is and now I have quiet. • Our furnace / heat pump stopped working because it had an indoor / outdoor communication error code. I emailed Resicon and Bryan responded immediately. We tried to fix the problem without incurring the cost of Resicon making a site visit. We could't solve the problem remotely so Jason showed up the next morning on time, diagnosed both the indoor and outdoor units , identified the problem as a blow fuse in the outdoor cutoff breaker box and replaced the fuse. Resicon did this as part of yearly maintenance at a discounted cost. Their service is OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Great people to work with!

• RESICON EMPLOYEES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Resicon installed an external heat pump and several internal mini-splits in our house. We met several employees over a few days, and everyone was both professional and personable. We had some issues, and the Resicon guys went above and beyond the call of duty and came back several times. They finally determined that the issue was in the external pedestal, which required replacement by the power company. Throughout the process—and despite their busy schedule—they always found time to answer our calls and service our needs. Highly recommended, and we would not hesitate to use them again!

• This company originally installed our heat pump unit almost 3 years ago. Last year they offered a monthly pay ahead plan for yearly maintenance on our unit. Around $16.50 more or less, monthly, and every year in September, they come out and give us a tuneup! This year we paid separately for a deep clean on the inside and the outside. We have many dogs and their hair had collected in some of the inside units coils and BOY did it need it. Recommended to do this every 3 years! VERY helpful with keeping our units up and running. At the same time, the staff are very courteous and respectful and always willing to give us pointers on keeping both the inside and outside units their cleanest so they will last a long time! I Would recommend this company.
