Ali did great work replacing my thermostats and identifying some issues with the HVAC system. He was able to fix the problems quickly. He was professional and explained everything to me.

We had an issue in one or the other rooms upstairs getting hot while the room with thermostat being ok. It appears to be the way how we regulate temperatures during the day matters for enough cooling during the night. Thomas explained us in detail and took time to help us understand how the heat would travel by considering the direction of sun and lot many aspects and informed us about the good and bad practices which would end up facing issues with not enough air circulation. Thanks for the crew for all the help and considering to explain in detail.
