Weldon is awesome! Quick to respond, great communication, and very knowledgeable. Explained the multiple options available to me clearly, scheduled quickly, and throughly explained all the features and maintenance needs for my new HVAC System. They even reworked a vent so I have easy access to change the filter. Technicians were so sweet and respectful and took very good care of my home as they worked on removing and installing the new system. And best of all, they were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and they are now my HVAC guys for life!

After 24 Years of trouble free service, from the existing Lennox R22 HVAC system It was time replace it. After studying proposals for a lower end system I found that the warranty/Guarantee was tied to a an annual maintenance agreement. So I called Walden HVAC and asked for a proposal on another Lennox system expected a budget busting price for another high-end Lennox sys. Surprisingly they gave me a competitive price, with 5 warranty parts and labor, with no mandatory maintenance agreement. Bingo, I was all in. The icing on the cake was watching two, highly skilled, technicians install my new system, paying close attention to county code requirements. Hats off to Walden HVAC, DeKalb County GA.

We had three different companies come out. Two technicians and three salesmen. The first technician said he couldn’t repair the problem and we’d need an entirely new unit. So we called out salespeople to get estimates. Weldon‘s salesman listened to us, checked the warranty on the unit, and realized it could be repaired. I gave the other two salesmen the same information and told them about the unit possibly being under warranty. Neither of them checked; they just simply gave an estimate for a new system. Weldon‘s salesman Bryn Park was honest and forthright. The company obviously earned the job. They put in the part under warranty. The technician, Tommy, they sent out to do the repair was honest and thorough and helped us with other aspects of our HVAC care. I HIGHLY recommend Weldon. Of the three companies (two well-known) I worked with, I knew I could trust what they were saying.

I have had uneven heating problems in my 1960s ranch ever since I bought it a decade ago. I called Weldon to see if they could figure out how to change my ductwork to fix the problem. The estimator identified a lack of return ducts and other imbalances. His expertise and proposed solutions inspired a lot of confidence! The install team was also very professional, friendly, and efficient. They did such an excellent job that rooms of my house that were always cold in the winter are now toasty warm! It’s like I have a whole new house! I would definitely recommend the Weldon crew to anyone!

Fantastic experience overall! Tech Er*c was very personable and constantly described what he was doing and exhibited a professional demeanor at all times....saved us about $300 in terms of diagnosing! Would recommend to anyone going for the big players in the field: choose a local company instead which is honest and conversant about what they are doing on your HVAC stuff. Will call these guys back for maintenance and possibly a free estimate to install a new HVAC in place of an ancient HVAC downstairs next year! Cannot believe honest companies/techs still exist in the modern age AND totally recommend and approve. GO WITH THESE GUYS!!!
