10/10 would recommend. This company is honest, very thorough in their documentation of the issues (via pictures and videos on an iPad), and professional with their approach. My tech, Greg, was extremely knowledgeable, very patient with my questions and came with solutions. I felt that he took the same care of my home as he would for a family member of his. Make sure to ask for Greg on your next appointment - thank me later.

I have a place in Port Aransas and the lower AC unit, being 14 years old, just was not keeping up with cooling the ground floor. I hadn't worked with Riptide prior to this experience but decided to give them a shot. Met with Victor Medina on site and we discussed possibly replacing the unit. He was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions and gave me a good price on a replacement. I decided to replace both the outside condenser and inside air handler. They sent me over a few different quotes for different configurations and, after deciding on one setup in particular, they ordered the equipment and set up an installation time. Victor showed up as scheduled and spent the day installing the new AC system. He came back the next day as discussed to take care of some loose end and the unit has been running great since. Victor is a man of his word and takes pride in what he does. It is refreshing to deal with someone who says what they are going to do and does what they say, like Victor. He will be my go-to for any future AC work on my house. Also, the online signing and online payment abilities make everything much easier.
