  • Called Saturday morning about a leak. They had someone out that same afternoon and found it was coming from the toilet base. Full repair and replacement done the next day, so everything was fixed within 24 hours. They even hauled away the old toilet when they left. Fast response, clean job, no hassle. Highly recommend.

  • We needed a plumber to help with a leaky exterior faucet that had a hose stuck on it that couldn't be removed. We needed the faucet to be accessible relatively quickly as it was required for a pool filling. Called Superior on a whim (I guess Google search results really are a thing!) and the person on the phone was helpful in setting up an appointment that same day (during a long weekend!). Matthew arrived within the expected time frame (gave a heads up too, which was appreciated). He was friendly and transparent about options for the issue. He did the work effectively and efficiently, was very quick, and didn't leave any mess behind. Told him he was great, but hoped to not need him or any other plumber for a long while! Recommended.
