  • Aire One responded immediately to my phone call and I managed to get an appointment the next day. The technician called and was able to arrive over an hour early. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem and had a replacement part on his truck. The change was difficult, but he worked efficiently and completed the job quickly. He tested before and after the work to confirm that he had the right solution and that it was installed correctly. Fast, friendly repair. The part was expensive, but the labour charges were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants the job done properly - by a knowledgeable, friendly service guy.

  • The technician clearly explained to me his diagnosis, and provided me options of either replacing expensive parts or replacing the unit. The communication was great and precise. As per the technician’s arrangement, the sales manager also gave me a follow-up call. And the conversation was also great. To get a second opinion, I invited another expert to have a look at my furnace as well. It took the expert quite some time until he noticed an evidence of backfire. Due to renovation project in summer time, the air filter was completely covered by heavy dust thus it caused the backfire. Thus the expert reset the unit and it is working as great as it was before.
