I had a great experience with City Energy. Hamid was friendly and responsive when I called about a gas leak, and he scheduled a technician for the very next day. Bob and Sam arrived on time, Bob assessed the situation, found the leak, and fixed it. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair and honest, and I never felt pressured or overcharged. It's not always easy to find trustworthy tradespeople, especially for something as important as a gas leak. I really appreciated their professionalism, efficiency, and honesty.

Gas leak repair...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Two technicians came to my home the same day I called them and fixed the gas leak in my basement. They were very friendly and polite and answered all my questions. They sealed and tightened some connections and also replaced an old leaking shut-off valve near my furnace and another one near my water heater. The work was completed in about 2 hours and the price was reasonable for the service provided. Plus, they told me exactly how much the job would cost before starting the work. Very happy with the work done! Thank You!

Enbridge discovered two gas leaks in my new home. City Energy attended within 40 mins of me calling, and had the issues fixed promptly and professionally. I was really impressed, and also very reassured. This is my second Google review, this one for August 2025. City Energy is my #1 go to for everything hvac. Recently due to timing, when my AC broke in the heat wave I made the mistake of having another company come in. They told me my motor died, they couldn't get ahold of the supplier, and I needed to buy a $10,000 furnace. Something didn't feel right, so I called City Energy and they came in a flash, heard back from the supplier right away, and were very honest with me that I did not need a new furnace. They had my AC fixed the next day. It's rare to find honest good people, who aren't trying to upsell you when you're vulnerable. As always, they did an amazing job, and my only regret is not waiting the extra day to have them come in, in the first place. Lesson learned and very highly recommended. You're in good hands if you use them.
