Not recommended! a Gree brand heat pump installed at my home in Sep. 2023, the heat pump doesn't run in a good condition from day one, the service sent a technician for 4 times but didn't resolve the problem at all(heat pump didn't work out the cool and hot air based on setup on the thermostat), the issue lasts till now(3 yrs). otherwise, the poor experiences with the service advisors, approx. for 7-14 days for a service appointment (the waiting time is even longer than a medical appointment), and i didn't received any feedback from the service proactively every time, i should call, check and follow up with them for the further actions.

The next day, Mr. Huo came to inspect it and fixed it in two and a half hours. He was efficient and quick. He also tested the heater and vents and set the thermostat. • We just had our water tank replaced with a tankless. At 8pm at night, our water tank was leaking and I thought we would have to wait till morning for an emergency service. After discussed with a friend of mine, a customer rep from Constant Home Comfort had contacted me within minutes. Daniel, the rep, who was having late dinner himself, called and offered us his generous help. He then made an emergency appointment with his technicians, booked an unit (of the Tankless) and have all installations done before noon the next day. I am grateful to Daniel's dedication, CHC technicians skill set and CHC logistics for a job well done. • We signed a contract with Constant Home Comfort for an AC installation, which clearly stated that if the government rebate was not approved, they would refund us. The rebate was never obtained. Since May 2024, we have repeatedly followed up with little to no response. We later received written confirmation promising repayment by December 31, 2025 — but the company has still failed to pay. This issue has been ongoing for nearly two years. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor follow-through. I would not recommend this company.

• Heat pump has been installed by Constant Home Comfort in 2023 with bad experience. Installation very bad, coil unit does not sit correctly above furnace and coil unit does not connect to duct work correctly so installer use a lot of duct tape to cover all gaps. With new issues and I called Constant Home Comfort, no answer so I left voice mail, no call back. For safety sake, I hired 3rd party to check the system, 3rd party technician disassembled the system and told me coil unit of heat pump was installed incorrectly. He showed me the coil unit and showed me there is a metal panel must be removed IF the coil unit installed vertically which is in my case. That panel restrict some air flow caused furnace worked overload and overheat. Overall, installation is bad.

• This company installation staffs did not follow check lists and standard safety procedures fully, skipped steps and had me sign their installation completion paper before all the safety procedures/actions have been completed. The Gas Pressure on my furnace was set to 300% higher than recommended level, which significantly increases the risk of the metal heat exchanger cracking causing $$$ to fix and a potential safety hazard. This caused repeated error codes on the furnace to appear and very inefficient heating and reduced the furnace life by 20-30% due to the improper settings. Thankfully Enercare caught this and corrected the error. If you want a proper installation following high standard/protcols, without shortcuts, do not use this company until they improve. Hopefully this company will hear this feedback and improve the way the company systematically train their technicians, emphasizing the importance of consistent focus on safety, especially when it comes to furnace burning natural gas. Focus on consistently implementing safety protocols.
