• Let me tell you Ali is amazing. He and his employees. Highly efficient company. Ali makes sure that the work was done to perfection and 100% customer satisfaction. I sent Ali a text message early Monday to get maintenance completed on my furnace. Did not have it done for a long time. He was very honest and showed and explained to me why I needed to replace my furnace He was amazing he was able to replace my furnace the same day. Just in time before the cold weather sets in. They want to make sure you're satisfied. He always ask if any questions. He is thorough and you would not be disappointed. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Ali and his employees from EAGLE BLUE HOME SERVICES. In the spring I will contact him about my air condition unit.

• When Enbridge changed the gas meter, I got a long list of infractions that resulted them in shutting off my gas. After calling Enbridge, Enercare and the original HVAC installers of my furnace, I got 3 totally different stories and conflicted ways to resolve my problems. Luckily my wife happened across Quartermaster and they recommended us Blue Leaf Home Services. Ali came out to our home on late Friday night and diagnosed our problems and found the location of the leak. They returned the next night and worked late into the night to address the "infractions". Ali was professional and explained what needed to be done every step of the way. We are most grateful for his timely service to restore our gas and can't recommend him enough to anyone that is looking for a clearly knowledgeable and professional gas fitter.

I called him at the ungodly hour of 10:30. on a Friday night (when most people are trying to relax after a long work week) because my furnace stopped working. After a brief explanation, he knew exactly what the problem was and said he'd be right over. It was a blown fuse, but he noticed another problem - which he immediately solved. He then checked out the overall operation of the furnace, gave it a clean bill of health and provided some maintenance tips. He was very knowledgeable, quick and very friendly.
