• Wonderful service! I requested an appointment online and received a callback the same day to book the appointment. The technician, Sean, did a wonderful job with the furnace tune-up/maintenance. I appreciated the photos and explanation from Sean when completed. Tak Heating and Cooling provided reminders of the appointment window and sent a text notification when Sean will arrive in approximately 20 minutes. We worked with Tony to have our boiler serviced and hot water tank replaced. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Tony and his team. As a young woman with limited experience related to HVAC systems, I was concerned that I may be led to spend more money than I really needed to. However, this couldn’t have been further from what happened. Tony was extremely helpful in advising the best course of action for our home.
